Romans 12:1 (offer yourself as a living sacrifice to God, dedicated to His service and pleasing to Him. This is the true worship that you should offer.)
God has called each of us for a purpose some He called to be teachers, some He called to charity, some He called to be prophets. When we find out the purpose for which God called us and answer to God’s call, we excel because we have seek the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and every other thing is added unto us.
For instance, if God has called you to be a pastor and you decide to be a pastor, according to how God wants you to go about it. You are answering God’s call thereby seeking the kingdom of God and very other will be added unto you as long as it is not leading you astray (that is taking the glory of God for yourself, or let the glory of your destiny swell you up.)
For instance; if God has called you to be Pastor, but you desire to be something else, you are not going after God’s will therefore you are not seeking the kingdom of God. The effect will be that every other thing will not be added unto you. Because you are seeking after your own desire which is not what God desires you to do, you play into the hands of the enemy.
When we desire God’s will and follow it as God wants us to, God directs our path and steps, in other words we experience God.
To effectively perform God’s will we must set our hearts on the things of God, offer ourselves as a living sacrifice and dedicated to the service of God. We must not be like the Pharisee. Our heart must be near God in the way acceptable to God. We must not conform ourselves to the things of this world we must conform ourselves to the things of God. We must let God transform us inward by the complete change of our minds.
1 Peter 2:9, ( but you are the chosen race, the king’s , priests, the holy nation, God’s own people, chosen to proclaim the wonderful acts of God, who called you out of darkness into His own marvelous light.)
