Have you asked yourself “why is Jesus Christ compassionate?” Do you really want to know? God is love. God is compassionate. Of all that God created, God has a special love for humanity; true humans particularly those who love to do His will; who love Him as God; whose heart beat for God.

Think of the Garden of Eden. God comes to the garden to speak to Adam. And till today, God has not stopped speaking to man. He is always seeking out for man (humanity).

God so loved Adam (man; the carrier of His seeds) that He seeing His loneliness in the Garden of Eden whenever He (God) is away, made out of Adam a means to reproduce his seeds;  his kind.

Although the devil deed everything possible to destroy and infiltrate man, to have access to man and all that God has given man; God still cared for man and still cares for mankind till eternity. God still cares for His own.

That compassion God has for humanity is the compassion Jesus Christ has for humanity. Jesus Christ so loved humanity that He gave His life; God coming as man and letting the devil and his cohorts kill Him through man. God in turn destroyed the devil through man and restored man to his place of glory such that man through Him (Jesus Christ) will have access to Him (God’s divinity as almighty above whom there is no other).

Jesus Christ became a very powerful and sound example of what man (humanity) should be. Jesus Christ was indeed compassionate to all who were around Him. His spiritual sensitivity and altitude towards the things of God were indeed very high such that the devil never took advantage of Him even once. Jesus Christ did not fall into any of the devices or traps of the devil. And even when it looked like the devil got Him by His cruxification; it turned out to be to the destruction of the enemy- the devil and his cohorts.

Should you be compassionate; I will answer yes you should. Yes you should. Yes with God in agreement with God, not by your strength but by God’s strength. You letting God’s glory, power to come forth through you as you are leaning on God; knowing it is not by you, but by God at work in you. Because it all by the Holy Spirit not by human strength or human might- By the Spirit says the Lord.

When God created the first ma Adam, He commissioned Him to rule and have dominion over all He created. This id humanity having dominion over all that God created because all humans were in Adam when God said that.

God is king and He made man (Adam) king too. The devil stole the kingship by deception and manipulation and corrupted the seed of Adam as evil entered the world. Adam no longer bore the seed of God alone, but that of the devil too. What he seeked was the kingship of the second heaven which God has given to man when He said; multiply increase, rule, dominate. The devil wanted to rule, dominate, increase, multiply in the domain God has given man, so Jesus Christ (God as man ) came to redeem man (God’s seeds) from the corrupt nature; from the deceptions and manipulations of the devil and his cohorts (the spiritual wickedness, evil forces, principalities, dark powers of this age etc) These evil forces have access to man to get all these things God  has given to man particularly the soul of man which is very dear to God.

You as a child of God; a Christian, a believer should know the essence of the Christian (Christ like) nature in you. It is the nature of God. God redeemed you with a costly price (shame, death on the cross) to save you from the nature of sin (the devils nature).

The Christian nature in you is part of God’s compassion; that through you all men will come to know the through and only living God through the works of Jesus Christ in you.

The devils will is to steal from you, kill you and destroy you. It starts by deception then continues by manipulation. But Jesus Christ came that you will have life and have it more abundantly.

God’s will is that you prosper on earth even as your soul is prospering. And there is one way to do this, Jesus Christ; accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and personal savior. Because when you do, it becomes less of you and more of God. The devil achieves his goals when it is more of the human nature, because he will trick you to get to that point where the human nature limit is and then take it from you. But when it is more of God (Jesus Christ in you) the devil and his cohorts cannot succeed.

Truth be told, you can get yourself so aligned and in tune with God that even your own human will and desires becomes an extension of God’s works; God working through you. Let God take the lead. Let it be more of God in you and less of you in you. More of God’s desires, less of your desires, more of God’s will less of your will. More of what God wants you to do in life and less of what you want to do in life. This way, the light of God in you shines to all men, and God’s will is done on earth as it is done in Heaven.

All it takes is come closer to God and God will come closer to you. Seek the righteousness of God(His rightness) and kingdom, and God will in turn give you the good things of life, this includes all you desire those that is good for you as He knows you better than you know yourself.

Whenever you are in doubt of God’s love for you, remember what God says in Jeremiah 31:20; “Isreal, you are my dearest son, the child I love best. Whenever I mention your name, I think of you with love. My heart goes out to you, I will be, merciful”

God's nature is love
