Amos 5:18, “how terrible will be for you who long for the day of the Lord, what good will that day do you? For you it will be a day of darkness and not of light”
There is an end to everything to which the end will not justify the means.
God is upright in his dealings, he is a faithful God, on the last day many may be disappointed by the results they get.
Remember that God has the final say, what He says releases power in heaven, on earth and below the earth. He sees the motives behind every action of man. Before him everything is laid bare and nothing can be hidden. Since He sees’ everything He knows who has bad motives behind but acts like it is from a place of good will.
On the last day, God will set apart the good from the bad, the seeds and fruit of the enemy will be destroyed. The Lord will come with His myriads of holy ones to execute judgment upon all and to convict all the impious of all their ungodly deeds which they have committed.
Now that we still can, let us guard and keep ourselves in the love of God. Not using the word of God as selfish means. Let us expect and patiently wait for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ which brings us eternal life (Jude 1:21) let our aim be to do right not what is evil. Let us seek the face of the Lord while we still.
